If you are staying in Katowice for the long May weekend, we encourage you to take part in many exciting events organised in Silesia in those days. On 1st and 2nd May there is a "European Economic Picnic" and "VI Reggae Rap Festival" taking place in the WPKiW Park in Chorzów. And on 3rd of May over 1000 participants will take part in one of the biggest sport events of this year in the region: Silesia Marathon.  We are proud to have some of our staff and students take part in this event.
