You are selected by your home institution to study at UEK within LLP (e.g. Erasmus), CEEPUS or other programmes,
Your Coordinator informs our Admissions by email or fax about the above fact.
You check our website for the Study Offer and along with your Coordinator you decide which courses you would like to take during your studies in Katowice
You fill in our online application form, including your personal information, data concerning your sending institution, reservation of accommodation and choice of your study programme (Learning Agreement).
You receive an activation link to your e-mail address to access your data. You edit and print three forms: Application Form, Accommodation Form and Learning Agreement. Print the forms, sign them, have them signed and sealed by your home university and ask your coordinator to send the scanned documents by e-mail to admissions@ae.katowice.pl before the stated deadline. NO NEED to send paper copies by post.
Our Admissions Officer sends an Information Pack along with an official Acceptance Letter to your home address and by fax to your Coordinator.
Your Coordinator receives the Learning Agreement signed by our Academic Coordinator for Exchange Students and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator by fax.

On processing all students’ Learning Agreements the final study offer for a given semester is prepared and you are informed which courses will take place (if less than 10 students subscribed to a course it might be cancelled)
