Nostrification of School Certificates
According to Polish regulations, any school certificate obtained abroad has to be validated in the country in which it was issued and then presented to the local education office (kuratorium oświaty) in Poland in order to be recognized (nostrified).

The above does not apply to certificates issued in the countries which have signed bilateral agreements on the recognition of educational credentials with Poland. Nostrification of academic degrees

According to Polish regulations any scientific degree obtained abroad has to be validated in the country in which it was issued and then presented to a Polish higher education institution in order to be recognized (nostrified).

Bodies which can nostrify academic degrees are the councils of faculties which are entitled to award the degree of habilitated doctor (doktor habilitowany).

Different rules of recognition apply to the academic degrees issued in the countries which have signed bilateral agreements on the recognition of educational credentials with Poland. Nostrification of higher education diplomas
According to Polish regulations, any diploma (bachelor/master) obtained abroad has to be validated in the country in which it was issued and then presented to the council of the faculty (or other basic organizational unit) of a Polish higher education institution in order to be recognized (nostrified).
